เราเตรียมพร้อมเพื่อต้อนรับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน
ในเดือน ธันวาคม 2558 จะเกิดการรวมตัวกันอย่างเป็นทางการของ ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน หรือ ที่รู้จักกันในนาม ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) ซึ่งจะมีผลสำคัญต่อธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทยอย่างยิ่ง
เราไม่ทราบแน่นอนว่าจะเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงแบบไหนบ้างในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทย แต่มันหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้
ประเทศไทยคือ ประเทศศูนย์กลางในการคมนาคมพื้นฐาน และนี้เป็นแนวโน้มที่ดีในอุตสาหกรรม อสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทย
กรุงเทพฯ และพัทยา คือ ทำเลที่อยู่อาศัย ของพนักงานอาเซียนแน่นอน เนื่องจาก การคมนาคมพี้นฐานสะดวก ใกล้กับ สนามบิน สุวรรณภูมิ ในทางภูมิศาสตร์ ถือว่าเป็นหัวใจ ของอาเซียน หรือเป็นตัวเลือกอันดับต้นๆ ที่เหมาะในการทำสำนักงานใหญ่ให้กับชาวต่างประเทศ
สำหรับการเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน เราอาจจะต้องเข้มงวดกับ นายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ได้มาตรฐานอาเซียน ไม่ใช่นายหน้า หรือตัวแทนฝึกหัดที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรองจากสมาคมใดๆ สิ่งนี้จะส่งผลกระทบในอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทย เพราะในปัจจุบันนั้น ใครๆ ก็สามารถเป็น นายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ได้
