Well prepared for the ASEAN Integration

In December 2015 the official integration of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) will mark an important milestone for Thailand and its real estate industry.

It is not yet known exactly what changes will occur in Thailand’s property market, but changes are un-avoidable.

With Thailand’s central location, existing infrastructure and developing trends the outlook in the industry seems to be optimistic.

Bangkok and Pattaya seems to be the ideal locations for foreign offices and for the residences of their employees. With its existing infrastructure, the international airport and the geographic location in the heart of AEC it will be a prime choice for new international commercial headquarters.

With the integration into AEC will probably come stricter broker policies to prevent anyone from practicing real estate without license. This will have a big impact on the real estate industry as currently anyone can list properties and act as a real estate broker.

We, Rainer Heinzmann as Managing Director of Global Property Pattaya Co., Ltd., Winatcha Heinzmann as Director and Sales Manager of Global Property Pattaya Co., Ltd. and Cyril Devouassoux as French Department Manager are always a step ahead of such changes.

Not only our experience in the real estate industry since 1988 and since 2001 in Thailand, also our membership and participation in:

TREBA, Thai Real Estate Broker Association, (http://www.treba.or.th)

REBA ES, Real Estate Broker Association Eastern Seaboard (http://www.rebaes.com/additional-info/education-training)

Real Estate Training School Thailand (http://www.mlsthai.com/rets/)

Realtor NAR (http://www.realtor.org/)

CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist, (http://www.realtor.org/designations-and-certifications/cips-designation)

We are well prepared for AEC and will always serve our clients with highest ethical standards.
