วันนี้ วันที่ 13 ตุลาคม 2558 คณะรัฐมนตรี อนุมัติเรื่อง ปรับลดค่าภาษี เพื่อเป็นแรงจูงใจให้คนซื้อบ้าน นอกจากนี้ยังปรับลดภาษีโอน จากปกติ 2% เป็น 0.01% เท่านั้น
