Siam Oriental Condominium, finished in December 2007, was the first condominium of the Finnish developer. In this building there are studios from 32sqm to 35sqm. At the street level there is a small swimming pool and the parking lots. There you can also find a Minimarket, laundry and a real estate agency, who also takes care of Siam Oriental Condo rentals.

The apartments are decorated with european-style kitchen, air-condition and fully equipped bathroom. There is a wireless internet connection in surrounding area.

There are still few furnished apartments available if you want to move your own apartment right away. So you can have a furnished apartment in the price of unfurnished.
